Salary conditions
1 500 EUR/month
The starting base salary is 1 300 EUR plus monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. The average monthly commission after successful adaptation is around 200 EUR and depends on your skill, so it may be higher. Quarterly bonuses average around 700 EUR, depending on meeting individual and branch targets. After 6 months, you will receive a one-time adaptation bonus of 50% of your starting base salary.

YOUR ROLE AS A CLIENT ADVISOR WILL BE:
- to contribute to sales support and cooperate with the team,
- to look for sales opportunities for all banking products and services,
- to provide information and expert advice to clients,
- to carry out cash and currency exchange transactions,
- to carry out client service operations and handle cash responsibly,
- to take part in administrative activities,
- to continuously educate yourself on news in the world of finance and grow professionally.
What you can expect from us

- Up to 100 EUR monthly as a contribution to supplementary pension savings (III. pillar).

Required experience
Candidates with the following education are suitable for the position:
- secondary education with a school-leaving certificate (maturita)
