Salary conditions
1 500 EUR/month
The starting base salary is 1 300 EUR plus monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. The average monthly commission after successful adaptation is around 200 EUR and depends on your skill, so it may be higher. Quarterly bonuses average around 700 EUR, depending on the fulfillment of individual and branch targets. After 6 months you will receive a one-time adaptation bonus of 50% of your starting base salary.

AS A CLIENT ADVISOR, YOUR TASKS WILL BE:
- contributing to sales support and cooperating with the team,
- looking for sales opportunities for all banking products and services,
- providing information and professional advice to clients,
- carrying out cash and currency exchange transactions,
- carrying out client service operations and handling cash responsibly,
- participating in administrative activities,
- continuously learning about new developments in finance and growing professionally.
What you can expect from us

- A credit at the VÚB Cafeteria of up to 300 EUR, which increases with the number of years worked.
- Up to 100 EUR monthly as a contribution to supplementary pension savings (3rd pillar).

- 190 EUR per year as a clothing allowance.

Required experience
Candidates with the following education are suitable for the position:
- secondary education with a high school diploma (maturita)
- Experience in the position/field
- experience working with cash
- Years of experience: 1
Required skills, qualifications and knowledge
You are a suitable candidate for us if:
- you have at least secondary education with a high school diploma (maturita),
- you have at least 1 year of experience working with cash,
- you enjoy communicating,
- you are friendly and can work both individually and in a team,
