As an Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring QMS compliance and providing support for the automation and manufacturing systems area, guaranteeing quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

Implement automation strategies to improve operational efficiency and follow up on process control and Industry 4.0 projects.

Provide cross-functional technical support to multidisciplinary projects focused on productivity, regulatory compliance, and process improvement.

Provide support to site operations in troubleshooting, improvements, and implementation of new automation systems.

Execute and ensure compliance with the preventive and corrective maintenance program for the site's control and computerized systems.

Coordinate external suppliers executing maintenance activities on the site's computerized systems.

Provide specialized technical support for PLCs, SCADA (Schneider, Siemens, Omron), and variable frequency drives (Danfoss, ABB) for troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Follow up on the quality management system (CAPAs, CCRs, Quality Events, Audits) while maintaining high execution standards in the Automation and Manufacturing Systems area.
About You

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience preferred as an automation engineer in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

Soft and technical skills: Solid knowledge of industrial automation systems, robotics, and process control; leadership skills and the ability to influence at different hierarchical levels; ability to solve problems and make decisions based on data and risks; excellent communication and teamwork skills; proactive approach oriented toward innovation in continuous process improvement.

Education: University degree in Electronic, Electromechanical, or Robotics Engineering, or related fields.

Languages: Intermediate/advanced English.
