Job Description
Context
As part of the development and structuring of our commercial organization, we are strengthening our Sales Operations team.
We use Salesforce as the central tool for managing commercial activity. The intern will work directly with Revenue and Sales Ops to contribute to:
- Data reliability
- Performance management
- CRM process optimization
- Support for sales teams
Main Responsibilities
1️⃣ CRM Administration, Operations and Project Management (Salesforce)
- Participate in the operational management of Salesforce
- Create / adapt reports according to business needs
- Help structure data (accounts, contacts, opportunities, activities…)
- Monitor data quality in the CRM
- Participate in Salesforce evolution projects
- Document best practices
- Contribute to the implementation of new features
2️⃣ Support for Sales Teams
- Support teams in using the CRM and Sales tools
- Answer operational questions
- Participate in training and onboarding on tools
- Produce support materials (guides, tutorials, practical sheets)
3️⃣ Dashboards, KPIs & Sales Animation
- Update weekly or monthly management dashboards
- Monitor key indicators (activity, pipeline, performance, conversion…)
- Help prepare sales animation materials
4️⃣ Sales Ops & Performance Projects
- Participate in cross-functional Sales Ops / Rev Ops projects
- Contribute to organizational and structuring initiatives
- Support teams on AI, tools or process projects
Qualifications
Desired Profile
- Student in business school, university, engineering school or equivalent.
- Gap year internship (second part) or final year internship.
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong interest in digital tools, interest in CRMs (Salesforce is a plus)
- Ability to analyze data
- Organized and rigorous
