You will communicate a clear creative direction, while remaining open to its evolution, to foster a collaborative environment where ideas enrich the game's visual identity and player experience. In this role, you will actively contribute to establishing a sustainable creative pipeline for monetization (MTX) and customization elements, expanding production beyond the seasonal cycle, and defining high-level themes and concepts for events, while ensuring their consistency and monitoring their artistic execution.

  • Propose ideas and conduct research to define the artistic direction of your area of specialty, characters or environments
  • Work with concept artists to translate ideas into relevant visual references and mood boards
  • Present and explain artistic concepts to connect them to the overall vision and guide teams
  • Lead regular meetings with your team to exchange feedback, share improvement ideas, and establish milestones
  • Balance artistic intentions with technical constraints throughout production
  • Collaborate with other departments to review and validate game content to ensure quality and consistent visual direction
  • Monitor the overall project progress by ensuring alignment between art, narrative, design, and technology
