Concept and iterate on character, vehicles and weapons, pushing design and silhouette to create a signature look the project can be known for. Quickly produce visual guidance for artists through sketches, paint overs and concept art. Help shape the worldbuilding as the foundation for visual choices. Collaborate with stakeholders, balancing their high-level pillars with your own creative authorship.

What we are looking for : Proven experience as an Art Director, Lead Concept Artist, or Senior Concept Artist, with strong character and environment fundamentals. A portfolio showing strong design work in the sci-fi or futuristic genres. Experience in world building or visualizing new IP from scratch. Experience in industrial design or designing exosuits, robots, vehicles and weapons is a plus. Working knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 and how art direction translates into a real-time pipeline is a strong plus. Experience in collaborating closely with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables while fostering strong, transparent relationships.
