Job Description
Provide application support for financial market tools (front-to-back)

Handle production incidents (analysis, diagnosis, resolution or escalation)

Support users (traders, sales, middle office) on a daily basis

Monitor systems (monitoring, alerts, performance)

Participate in production releases, testing and deployments

Collaborate with development, infrastructure and business teams

Contribute to continuous process improvement and documentation
Qualifications
Background in IT, finance or engineering

Strong interest in financial markets and IT systems

Good understanding of front / middle / back office flows

Good level of professional English required

Prior experience in IT support, application support or banking environment is appreciated
