How will you contribute to our mission?
We are looking for a Portfolio and Credit Risk Analyst with strong analytical skills, autonomy and results-oriented mindset to lead key portfolio management, collections and credit risk assessment processes.
This position will play a fundamental role in financial decision-making, ensuring efficient risk management and helping to minimize the impact of overdue portfolio and uncollectible debt.
Main responsibilities
✅ Manage and control mass collections from corporate clients, ensuring correct payment application and reconciliations.
✅ Analyze and monitor portfolio indicators, provisions and credit risk.
✅ Design, optimize and automate financial and portfolio reports, connecting information sources and reducing manual processes.
✅ Financially evaluate B2B clients for credit limit assignment and monitoring and payment terms.
✅ Prepare and present key management indicators (DSO, portfolio aging, default risk, among others) to Finance, Commercial and Management teams.
✅ Manage complex cases related to disputes, reconciliations and portfolio recovery.
What are we looking for?
🎓 Professional in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
📈 Between 1 and 3 years of experience in credit risk, portfolio, collections, receivables or financial operations.
🏢 Experience in fintechs, startups, BPOs, technology companies or financial sectors will be highly valued.
📊 Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, database cross-referencing and dashboard building).
💡 Structured, analytical profile, detail-oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
➕ Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite will be a plus.
