Job Description:
We are looking for an Accounting Analyst responsible for ensuring the recording, control, and analysis of the company's financial information, while ensuring compliance with current accounting and tax regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Record and analyze accounting transactions in the system (ERP).
- Perform bank reconciliations and accounting account reconciliations.
- Execute the monthly and annual accounting closing process.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports.
- Validate compliance with accounting standards (IFRS) and local tax regulations.
- Identify and analyze variances in accounting accounts.
- Support internal and external audits.
Requirements:
- Professional degree in Public Accounting.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles.
- Knowledge of IFRS standards and Colombian tax regulations.
- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
- ERP experience (SAP or NetSuite preferred).
- High attention to detail and analytical skills.
