About the Role
As a part of our strategic evolution, we seek more than just a skilled professional – we're looking for a standout personality! Someone who is autonomous, an expert, goal-oriented. Your mission
- We're expanding our shuttle operations across Germany, and we need someone on the field to support us make it happen.
- As our Airport Site Coordinator based in Munich area, you'll be the local engine behind a successful roll-out of our high-frequency shuttle services. Alongside your primary base, you will also support operations at other airports across Germany.
- From setting up operations to managing partners, this is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in the field, loves solving problems, and takes pride in building something from scratch, across multiple sites.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Launch Like a Pro: Coordinate the full on-site setup from organizing the installation of ticket vending machines to ensuring digital tools are ready to roll.
- Bring the Brand to Life: Implement visual branding and signage across key locations in coordination with our Marketing team.
- Be Our Local Go-To: Be the first point of contact for drivers and bus operators with our software and hardware tools.
- Grow Our Sales Network: Pitch and secure reseller partnerships with local hotels, tourism offices, and travel agencies.
- Engage Key Stakeholders: Represent flibco with public bodies, airport authorities, and other strategic players.
- Spark Local Partnerships: Launch smart collaborations that amplify Flibco’s visibility and boost passenger numbers.
Who You Are and What you bring on the table!
- A hands-on, no-problem-too-big mindset
- Solid organizational and coordination skills
- Fluent in German and English
- A passion for launching new things, with background or interest in:
- Mobility / transport / logistics
- Tourism / travel / hospitality
- Events / field operations
- Great interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse profiles (drivers, authorities, partners)
- A valid driver’s license, mobility is key
