TheAnimal Health IT AI, Data Science, and Analytics team is looking for a AI Upskilling and Self-service Portfolio Lead. Our team supportsOur CompanyAnimal Health business areas through data science, AI, and analytics. In this role, you will help accelerate digital and AI adoption across Animal Health by serving as a trusted advisor on enterprise AI tools,and you will support self-service use cases portfolio. You will work closely with enterprise teams responsible for AI tools,Learning and Developmentteam, and support colleagues inidentifyingthe most relevant training materials for Animal Health teams.

Primary job responsibilities include:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor andAnimal Health point of contactfor enterprise AI tools(for example but not limited toGoogle Gemini and Microsoft Copilot).

  • Build a self-service use casesportfolio by partnering with business teams and scaling the most valuable examples across the enterprise.

  • Enable data-driven AI adoption by defining and tracking KPIs and using data to evaluate AI upskilling experiments.

  • Organize andfacilitateworkshops, learning sessions, and AI upskilling events to support awareness, adoption, and capability building.

  • Promote adoption of existing AI solutions byidentifyingpractical ways colleagues across Animal Health can use these tools in their daily work.

  • Build trusted relationships withbusiness partners, subject matter experts, and enterprise teams to gatherrelevant AI usageexamples,validateneeds, and influence relevant AI enablement efforts.

  • Filter and translate information into clear, relevant guidance for the Animal Health audience, ensuring focus on the most important and actionable topics.

  • Represent the team with credibility and presence, bringing strong subject matterexpertise, influence, and a collaborative mindset.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise AI tools, digital enablement, and AI adoption practices

  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to define metrics, track impact, and translate complex ideas into clear guidance

  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders, and work effectively in a matrix organization

  • Natural curiosity for AI, with a hands-on mindset and willingness to continuously learn

  • Strong presence and credibility, with the ability to engage senior and technical audiences

  • Experiencefacilitatingworkshops, training sessions, or community events

  • Ability toidentifyand scale practical uses of existing AI tools across the organization

Education Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics,Computer Science,Information Systems, ora related field.
