Overview
In the Data & Artificial Intelligence Office, within the A.I. Delivery Center structure, in the A.I. & GENAI Technology Platform office, you will be responsible for the architectural design of AI solutions on Databricks in a complex enterprise context, defining scalable, secure, and governed architectures, supporting their integration with cloud services and enterprise systems. You will leverage architectural expertise, knowledge of MLOps and DevOps best practices, and system administration experience.
What will your activities be
- Play a key role in defining the Databricks-based MLOps/LLMOps/AgentOps platform and the methods of integration with enterprise systems, respecting architectural, security, compliance, and governance constraints
- Provide reviews of end-to-end architectures for machine learning and generative AI use cases
- Contribute to the definition of processes, frameworks, and standards for ingestion, transformation, data quality, CI/CD, MLOps, FinOps, and governance of use cases
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to support platform adoption and the evolution of use cases
- Have an operational role in Databricks system administration, troubleshooting, and process automation via Terraform
- Produce architectural documentation and support technical reviews, design decisions, and platform evolution directions
Who we are looking for
If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
- At least 5 years of experience in AI projects
- Experience in designing scalable, reliable, and governed AI architectures on Databricks in enterprise contexts.
- Skills in batch and streaming pipelines, data modeling, Spark optimization, ingestion, Terraform automation.
- Experience in configuring and using fundamental Databricks components, such as Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, MLflow, Workspaces, Workflow, and AI gateway.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (Azure and GCP) and non-cloud technologies (Openshift, Kafka, Postgres).
- Knowledge of networking, security, identity & access management, and systems integration.
- Experience in system administration and operations management, processes, automation, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to manage stakeholders, create clear documentation, plan complex projects by interacting with external teams, and mentor junior team members.
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related STEM disciplines.
