Overview

In the AI Delivery Center area, you will join a dedicated AI structure focused on technology transfer and the evolution of Artificial Intelligence capabilities applied to business. You will contribute to transforming prototypes, architectures, and emerging patterns into reusable, documented, and adoptable assets for internal teams, fostering autonomous adoption of GenAI, RAG, agentic, and compound AI solutions in complex, regulated, and highly integrated enterprise contexts.

What your activities will be

  • Design reference architectures for AI, GenAI, RAG, agentic AI, and compound AI solutions.
  • Define reusable architectural and implementation patterns in an enterprise context.
  • Transform prototypes and experiments into technical blueprints, operational guides, playbooks, and adoptable examples for teams.
  • Document trade-offs, constraints, architectural decisions, usage criteria, and anti-patterns.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining the technical knowledge base on AI capabilities.
  • Facilitate pattern adoption through workshops, technical walkthroughs, office hours, and enablement sessions.
  • Collaborate with MLE teams, AI platforms, application factories, data engineering, security, and application domains.
  • Gather feedback from internal users and transform it into evolution of patterns and reference implementations.
  • Support technology transfer to structures responsible for delivery.

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

  • 3-5 years of experience in enterprise technology roles
  • Design of enterprise AI architectures and reusable patterns;
  • Knowledge of GenAI, RAG, LLMOps, evaluation, observability, and agentic solutions;
  • Ability to produce clear technical documentation: guides, playbooks, diagrams, ADRs, quickstarts, and examples;
  • Aptitude for developer enablement: you know how to explain, train, facilitate, and empower other technical teams;
  • Knowledge of APIs, microservices, containers, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and cloud AI platforms;
  • Ability to collaborate with MLE, platform, security, data engineering, and application factory teams;
  • English at least B2;
  • Degree in STEM or equivalent skills developed in enterprise contexts;
  • AI security, prompt injection, auditability, and governance by design are a plus.
