Overview
You will join the Banca dei Territori Division, managing and developing a portfolio of Affluent clients with advanced wealth, financial and insurance needs. You will provide personalized, high-value advice, supporting clients in planning and growing their wealth, identifying the best investment opportunities and protecting their financial goals over time. You will contribute to the growth and loyalty of the relationship through a consultative approach focused on an in-depth understanding of the client and their needs, using innovative digital tools and dedicated solutions.
What you will do
- Manage a client portfolio and acquire new clients
- Analyse the client's asset, economic and financial situation
- Provide personalized advice on investments, savings and protection
- Improve the profitability of the client portfolio through targeted commercial activities
- Collaborate with the branch team to achieve commercial objectives
- Support clients in their financial choices using digital and innovative tools
Who we are looking for
If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
- 3 years of experience in the role
- Knowledge of investments, managed savings, financial markets and insurance products
- High level of service and client satisfaction through exploring explicit and implicit needs
The following qualifications are considered a preferred advantage:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in economics/finance or a technical commercial diploma (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledge of the German language (written and spoken)
