Position Purpose
AdOps Interns provide operational support to the Account Management teams (Customer Services) and focus on supporting the delivery of tasks and responsibilities within the different customer service packages. This is an entry-level position that represents an ideal first step in the affiliate marketing industry. AdOps Interns work with a wide variety of sectors and industries in our Awin affiliate network.
This position, as a first experience in the industry, will help you understand how a leading affiliate program is created and how Awin facilitates this process. You will have the opportunity to apply for other positions within the company (if you meet the experience, suitability, skills, and location requirements).
Key Tasks
Collaborate with the Account Management team to provide support to some of the network's most important clients, performing tasks such as the following:
- Upload offers and creatives to advertiser programs and help communicate the details to affiliate partners.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic reports, extracting and manipulating data for Account Management teams to interpret.
- Generate reports such as Gap Analysis and recruit affiliates for programs in collaboration with account management and affiliate teams.
- Conduct program audits and monitor affiliate performance to ensure compliance within the network.
- Carry out periodic account status reviews, competitive benchmarking analysis, and other requests.
- Take a proactive approach to assigned projects and tasks, escalating issues to the appropriate team member or level when necessary.
Mandatory Requirements
- English - Level: B2
- Ability to maintain a proactive attitude with internal team members, showing willingness to help colleagues and take on additional tasks to balance workload.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet multiple customer deadlines.
- Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is an advantage.
- Great attention to detail, both in internal and external tasks.
- Proactive attitude to improve work efficiency and quality.
- Ability to learn quickly, with a team-oriented approach and positive attitude.
Our Offer
- Study assistance: €313 gross per month
- Duration: from 15/06/2026 to 15/12/2026
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, morning shift, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Work mode: hybrid: 3 days remote and 2 days in-office
