Accounting Specialist - Finance Operations

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to join the Finance Operations team, reporting directly to the Tax & Accounting Manager.

The person will contribute to the management of the Group's accounting and tax activities, ensuring data quality, correct recording of transactions, and support for closing and reporting activities, in a structured and continuously evolving organizational context.

Your Mission

Contribute to the correct management of accounting and administrative processes, supporting the preparation of company and consolidated financial statements, tax compliance, and activities aimed at improving Finance function processes.

What You Will Do

  • General Accounting: management of customer and supplier accounting, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and fixed assets.

  • Tax Compliance: management of periodic tax obligations, including VAT settlements and Unique Certification.

  • Annual Financial Statements: active support in the preparation of company financial statements, including adjusting entries, depreciation, accruals, and deferrals.

  • Consolidated Financial Statements: collaboration in the preparation of Group financial statements, with particular attention to intercompany reconciliations and related adjustment and elimination entries.

  • Management Systems: support in the migration of accounting data to the SAP system, contributing to the correct implementation of digital processes.

  • Process Improvement: collaboration in optimizing administrative and accounting processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and greater operational efficiency.

  • Cross-Functional Relations: interaction with the Management Control team, auditors, and external consultants to ensure consistency and reliability of financial and economic information.

The Ideal Profile

We are looking for a person with solid technical accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within structured and continuously evolving contexts.

Professional Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in group contexts or structured organizations.

  • Solid knowledge of international accounting principles (IFRS) and company consolidation logic.

  • Familiarity with the SAP ecosystem and previous experience in data migration projects and ERP implementation.

  • Advanced use of the Office suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, complex functions for data extraction and reconciliation).

Education

  • Degree in Economics or Accounting diploma, with a solid technical foundation.

  • Good knowledge of the English language, written and spoken.

ECONOMIC AND CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS

Applicable Collective Agreement: Telecommunications

Contract: Permanent

Schedule: Full Time

Initial Salary: from €40.000

The job classification and final economic proposal will be defined based on objective and consistent criteria, including professional experience, technical skills, and responsibilities required by the role.
