WHAT YOU'LL DO
- New Business Development: Approach clients and pursue contract closure while practicing Value Selling. Working in coordination with the BDR team, you will manage the entire process from identifying potential customers through outreach, negotiations, and contract closure.
- Market Development and Strategy: Increase Braze brand awareness in the Japanese market, create and manage target company lists, and develop sales strategies. Analyze market trends and formulate and execute optimal sales strategies.
- Relationship Building and Customer Management: Build long-term relationships with customers and establish trust by deeply understanding customer needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing teams, presales, customer success, and other departments to lead sales activities as "One Team."
- Reporting and Results Analysis: Track sales activity progress and analyze results. Create regular reports and propose strategy adjustments and improvement measures.
WHAT YOU HAVE
- SaaS Sales Experience and Track Record: Experience building relationships with customers across various industries in the Enterprise segment, practicing a Value Selling approach with deep knowledge and skills while identifying customer challenges. Additionally, a proven track record of managing complex sales cycles, demonstrating strong commitment to achieving targets, working backward from sales goals, and persistently executing and closing necessary activities.
- Territory Planning and Account Planning: Experience with effective territory planning and account planning, with the ability to strategically manage target markets.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding oral and written presentation skills with effective communication abilities with stakeholders and clients.
- CRM System Experience: Experience managing sales pipelines using Salesforce.com CRM or other CRM tools (ability to efficiently manage sales processes and achieve results).
- Quick Adaptation to New Cloud Applications and Tools: Ability to quickly adapt to and effectively utilize new technologies and tools.
- Interest and Curiosity in Latest Digital and Application Trends: A proactive approach to staying current with the latest information on digital and application trends, particularly in the mobile sector.
- (Plus Factor) Startup Experience: We especially welcome candidates with experience in startup environments where you have achieved results through trial and error without standardized methodologies.
