As an HSE apprentice within our HSE department, you will provide support to the HSE Champion in deploying and promoting the Health, Safety, and Environment culture at the production site. Ready to get started?

Key responsibilities:
- Participate in promoting the HSE culture on the ground through safety visits, behavioral audits, and workstation observations
- Contribute to updating and monitoring HSE indicators, dashboards, and monthly reporting
- Get involved in drafting and updating HSE procedures, operating instructions, and guidelines
- Take part in incident and accident analysis and ensure the follow-up of corrective action plans
- Contribute to the organization and facilitation of HSE training and awareness actions for teams, as well as the definition and deployment of the HSE culture
- Collaborate on continuous improvement projects regarding safety and the environment
About you
- Technical and interpersonal skills: Rigor, organization, proactive approach. Knowledge of basic HSE regulations. Proficiency in office software. Ability to write clear and structured technical documents
- Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) in HSE
- Languages: Intermediate English
