Where will I work?
WorkMotion is remote-first across 26 countries, with the Berlin office as the headquarters. The company operates a "WorkFlex" programme: "Whether it's a beachside office or a cosy home office, the choice is yours." Most roles require candidates to be based within 3 hours of the Central European Timezone for collaboration purposes, but otherwise work-from-anywhere is the default.
