Our apps and platform power millions of hikes, rides, and runs with reliable turn-by-turn voice navigation, smart route planning, and offline maps. Our Team

We're a remote-first company with colleagues collaborating across countries and time zones. We work where we're happiest and most productive—at home, in a coworking space, or from one of our offices—and we meet several times a year in great outdoor locations to connect, learn, and ride or hike together.

Based in Germany with our headquarters in Potsdam, we hire for curiosity, craft, and a genuine love of nature. Our team brings together engineers, designers, product managers, and outdoor enthusiasts who are united by a shared mission to open up the outdoors for everyone.
