Work-Life Balance
KLA took part in South Africa's first national 4-day-week pilot (4 Day Week Global, March–August 2023), testing the 100-80-100 model (full pay, ~80% of the hours, 100% of the outcomes). The SA pilot was rated a success, with 92% of participating companies choosing to continue the four-day week or seriously considering it.
