ImprovMX is a 100% self-funded company in the United States. That bootstrapped stance lets the team make decisions in the best interest of users — free from outside investor pressure. The infrastructure runs on an AWS-powered, auto-scaling architecture with a 99.99% uptime guarantee, forwarding emails in under 5 seconds and swiftly resolving bounce-backs by resending via alternate IPs.

Where will I work?

ImprovMX is a remote-first environment: "Work from home, work from Bali, work wherever you''re happiest and most effective." Current open positions are remote, non-US only, with timezone overlap from US Pacific to Europe (GMT-7 to GMT+3).

What is the ImprovMX team like?

The current core team is led by CEO and Owner Matthew Tse, alongside Yosif Gorelyov (Fullstack Engineer), Mogammad M. Singlee (Technical Support), and Monaim Matlaya (Technical Support). The original founders — Antoine Minoux (Product Designer) and Cyril Nicodème (Engineer) — moved on to a new project but still advise the company''s future.
