Who we are

Form3 was established in 2016 by four banking and technology leaders with a single purpose - to transform outdated, complex and costly payments infrastructure to a modern, cloud-native, real-time Payments-as-a-Service.

Since then we have made enormous steps in opening up access to payment schemes for the global financial community, enabling them to scale and optimise their business operations through advanced payment technology.

Our Vision is to be the world’s most trusted provider of payment technology. We design, build and run the technology that powers the future of payments.

Our product

Our cloud native payment technology enables financial institutions to accelerate their digital transformation and scale quickly across markets.

We have a complete Payments-as-a-Service offering for mission critical payments operations. We follow a dev-ops approach with focus on information security, delivering a continuously updated and secure platform that has high availability.

Our team

We do 50-80% of our development in a pair programming environment and use a TDD/BDD approach. Much of our platform is built in Golang, but you don't need to know Golang to join - you can learn Go in your first few months on the job.
