Brain in Hand
Digital neurodiversity coaching platform helping autistic and ADHD people thrive at work, in education and life.
Who we are
Born in 2009 and headquartered in Exeter, Brain in Hand combines smart technology with human coaching so autistic and ADHD people get support exactly when they need it. More than 25,000 users, the NHS and the Department for Education already rely on our platform to build confidence, reduce anxiety and unlock independence.
Our team
We are a remote-first team of around 110 people based across the UK, with an optional hub in Exeter. Over half of us are neurodivergent, so lived experience shapes every product decision. We work in cross-functional squads that include product, engineering, research and customer success, all moving quickly to turn evidence into impact.
Our values and mission
- Passionately innovative – we invest continuously in research, technology and delivery.
- Unashamedly ambitious – we fight inequality and push for better outcomes for neurodivergent people.
- Bravely collaborative – we co-produce with users, partners and each other.
- Resolutely supportive – we act with kindness, celebrate differences and help colleagues thrive. Our mission is simple: make the world more accessible by taking coaching out of the meeting room and into everyday moments.
