AWE has been a cornerstone of the UK’s national security for nearly 70 years, specializing in nuclear weapons research and development.

Our mission is to provide the warheads for the UK's ultimate deterrent, Trident, and extend our expertise to counter-terrorism and nuclear threat reduction solutions for the UK government. Based in Berkshire, AWE is deeply committed to maintaining national safety and security.
