Responsibilities:

Conduct market analysis, pricing offers, and product or service evolution, submitting proposals for their creation or modification;

Actively participate in the development, administration, and optimization of banking products and services for individuals;

Ensure compliance with consumer rights protection regulations, manage the internal regulatory framework related to products, and implement legislative changes;

Formulate business requirements for IT developments related to managed products and services, and participate in acceptance testing;

Analyze the functionality of products dedicated to individuals and submit proposals for process improvement;

Evaluate product performance and customer experience in the process of using them;

Participate in the budgeting process for operational and capital expenditures for product development or optimization;

Cooperate with control and risk management functions at all stages of product governance;

Participate as a business owner or manage projects related to products and services for individuals;

Create training materials and train the sales force in the field of products and services.
Candidate Requirements:
- Higher education in economics or finance.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail banking products;
- Analytical, critical, proactive, and creative thinking;
- Developed communication, organizational, and multitasking skills;
- High level of motivation and desire to get involved in new projects;
- Perseverance in achieving goals, result-oriented;
- Knowledge of English and Microsoft Office tools – independent user.
