Role overview

As a Content Creator, you will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution with your skills in content creation, photography, and videography. You will work in collaboration with the team on the development of design projects for a variety of clients and sectors, ensuring that your visual content stands out and engages the audience.

Key responsibilities

As a Content Creator, you will provide support to the agency's various teams and work on design and content creation projects for our clients, including:

  • Conceptualizing ideas and transforming them into creative action plans for content production in various industries, leveraging your photography and videography skills;
  • Participating in content creation using camera equipment, the studio, and lighting, and performing content editing, putting your photography and videography skills to work;
  • Contributing to creative strategy by supporting brand and/or campaign concepts for online and offline marketing initiatives, bringing your unique visual style and creativity to them;
  • Creating visuals for clients to support marketing campaigns, including social media, web ads, videos, animations, signage, as well as other online and offline marketing materials;
  • Collaborating closely with client service and social media teams to ensure that client expectations and brand concepts are implemented accurately across different projects on various platforms. Your creativity will help bring these concepts to life;
  • Staying on top of trends in AI, design, and content creation and proactively integrating innovative visual ideas into projects, thereby raising creativity standards in the industry;
  • All other related tasks, including supporting creative brand and/or campaign concepts for online and offline marketing campaigns, infusing them with your unique visual style and creativity.

Knowledge and skills

  • Solid experience in content creation, photography, and videography;
  • A strong interest in creation (directing, color grading, editing, mixing) for social media;
  • Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with our bilingual clientele as well as international/national team members;
  • Experience in on-site and studio shooting;
  • UGC content creation using iPhones;
  • Advanced proficiency with cameras (Sony, a plus) and production equipment (microphones, stabilizers, lights, etc.);
  • A structured work method allowing you to effectively manage competing requests and prioritize tasks, particularly when managing multiple content creation projects;
  • Excellent mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite, with a particular focus on photography and video editing tools;
  • Relevant training and/or more than 2 years of professional experience in content creation, graphic design, multimedia, photography, and videography;
  • Agency experience (an asset);
  • Discretion and high professionalism regarding sensitive information, particularly when managing client projects requiring confidentiality.
