Our role is to support and coach our managers in all HR-related matters. We work locally but belong to a global organization.
Our profession includes everything from holding training sessions, participating in management teams, meeting employees in rehabilitation processes, and conducting various types of investigations.
VCBC's mantra is: With the world's best employees, we build the world's best cars. The entire organization understands the importance of our employees and their commitment to the company.
