Job Description
You will join the Security and Risk Management department as a Solution Security Architect (also known as Embed), with a focus on topics related to identity and devices.
By fully integrating into the teams, you will advance security from the inside: you will implement protections, accelerate remediation, and contribute to risk reduction by being embedded within the IT teams in charge of identity and devices, while collaborating with the rest of the organization.
We are looking for senior system administrators or infrastructure engineers who wish to evolve toward cloud expertise while developing their exposure to security tools.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the remediation of critical vulnerabilities within the assigned scope, including post-incident actions.
- Implement security measures for development or infrastructure teams within the designated scope.
- Deploy major security initiatives such as logging, MFA, and secret management.
- Provide expert security recommendations tailored to our systems and context.
- Build and maintain secure configuration models and hardening standards.
- Prototype and validate new security improvements or solutions.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of the security controls and measures implemented.
- Contribute to the development of a body of best practices, knowledge bases, and guides to promote a shift-left approach and team empowerment.
Qualifications
- System Administration & Infrastructure Engineering
- Identity and Access Management: Entra ID / Azure AD, Hybrid Join, B2B/B2C, SSO, Federation, Conditional Access, MFA, OIDC/SAML, Windows Hello
- On-Premise Active Directory Management: Active Directory, GPO, PKI, SCCM, ADFS
- Device Management and Security: Intune, device compliance, application protection, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE)
- Automation: Advanced PowerShell scripting
Optional Skills / Assets
- Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, DLP/MIP
- Networking, Linux administration
- Compliance reporting: Tenable, Power BI
