We are looking for a client-focused professional who builds the type of relationships that make enterprises rely on you for their most consequential AI programmes. As Solution Director – Delivery and Engagement at Brightbeam, you will own senior client relationships, drive delivery excellence across 3-4 concurrent engagements, and grow Brightbeam's commercial presence within enterprise accounts. You work in close partnership with a Solution Director – Technical Solutions counterpart who provides architectural direction – jointly you provide complete account management.

This role was created because overloading a single person with both technical architecture and account management limits the candidate pool and produces mediocre outcomes on both fronts. The split is deliberate. Your focus is the relationship, the delivery, and the growth of the account.

Key requirements:

  • Significant experience in account management, delivery oversight, or client engagement in professional services, consulting, or systems integration

  • Proven track record managing senior enterprise client relationships

  • Commercial experience – proposals, contracts, and account growth

  • Experience overseeing multiple concurrent engagements with delivery governance

  • Sufficient technical literacy to bridge engineering teams and business stakeholders

Our hiring process:

This assessment focuses on architectural capability, technical credibility, and communication.

  • Background discussion (30 minutes) – career motivations, mission alignment, and account and delivery experience

  • Delivery and commercial deep dive (90 minutes) – structured interview: stakeholder management, governance judgements, and commercial engagement

  • Account strategy simulation and career deep dive (90 minutes) – live account scenario followed by values discussion
