Senior Technical Product Owner – User Management

4 x 8hr days (100% pay)Remote · Germany

Your team

As a Technical Product Owner - User Platform (m/f/d) at Noxtua, you will take end-to-end ownership of our User Platform squad. You will be responsible for the entire product development lifecycle - from discovery to delivery - across identity & access management, billing, user analytics, and multi-market scaling. You will work closely with the other product owners, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment, prioritization, and a focus on delivering value to our users and internal teams.

You will be part of our User Platform squad, collaborating closely with engineers and product designers. The squad owns the systems that underpin how users sign up, log in, are managed at scale via identity providers (IDPs), and are tracked across markets — including the billing infrastructure that ensures Noxtua gets paid. The team consists of engineers, a product owner, and a designer.

You will report to the C-Level Officer at Noxtua, who leads the product and design strategy for Noxtua, our Legal AI solution. With extensive experience in product management and user-centric design, Ruth is passionate about creating intuitive and impactful digital products. She fosters a collaborative and agile work environment, ensuring that design, engineering, and product teams work seamlessly together. Ruth values user feedback, accessibility, and innovation, making her a strong advocate for human-centered AI solutions.

About you

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS or platform-oriented teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
  • Experience owning platform or infrastructure-level product areas such as identity & access management, user provisioning, billing, or analytics/tracking
  • Comfortable engaging in technical discussions around APIs, authentication protocols, role-based access control, and system integrations - not hands-on, but able to challenge and evaluate trade-offs with engineering
  • Experience working with identity providers (IDPs) and scaling user management across multiple markets or tenants is a strong plus
  • Proven experience launching and growing complex software products from the ground up
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies and enthusiasm for iterative product development
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate all concepts and stakeholder needs into clear, actionable product decisions

Your responsibilities

  • Own the User Platform domain end-to-end— identity, billing, login/logout, roles & rights, analytics, and multi-market scaling.
  • Drive the backlog and sprint execution — refine user stories, set priorities, and balance value, usability, feasibility, and viability.
  • Turn user needs and technical constraints into product initiatives, particularly around IDP integrations, access control models, tracking, and billing workflows.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders— align priorities and requirements, surface trade-offs, and keep everyone informed.
  • Use data and user feedback to drive decisions— measure success, run user tests, and support go-to-market strategies in new markets, and keep an eye on the competitive landscape
  • Collaborate across engineering, design, and leadership— to shape long-term platform quality.
