You will design, develop, and implement software solutions by applying AI methods and tools throughout the entire software development process (e.g., LLMs, agentic frameworks, code generation, and test automation)

As a bridge between the business department and IT, you will translate complex business requirements into actionable architectures

What sets you apart:

You have successfully completed a degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable discipline
-
You have many years of professional experience in designing solution architectures, requirements engineering, and IT consulting, ideally in the automotive industry and/or the public sector

You have a strong ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into IT solution concepts
-
With your strong empathy, you succeed in quickly understanding a client's challenges and immediately developing convincing, viable solution ideas from them

You act entrepreneurially, take responsibility, and impress with confident, target-group-oriented communication with a wide variety of stakeholders up to the board level

You speak fluent German (at least C1) and very good English (at least B2)
