You will work on consulting and software development projects for clients such as AXA, BMW, Deutsche Bahn, and ZDF

You will design, develop, and implement software solutions by applying AI methods and tools throughout the entire software development process (e.g., LLMs, agentic frameworks, code generation, and test automation)

You will realize sophisticated and complex software architectures based on modern frameworks and the latest technologies

You will represent Accso as a reliable, competent, and technical point of contact throughout the entire project lifecycle - from acquisition to acceptance - and proactively share your knowledge

What sets you apart:

You have successfully completed a degree in Computer Science or a comparable discipline
-
You have many years of professional experience in software engineering, software architecture, architecture evaluation, or server/client development
-
You possess sound expertise in requirements analysis, the development of technical concepts and solution architectures, and also bring a sense for the sales context

With your strong empathy, you succeed in quickly penetrating a client's challenges and immediately developing convincing, viable solution ideas from them

You act entrepreneurially, take responsibility, and impress with confident, target-group-oriented communication with a wide variety of stakeholders up to the board level

You speak fluent German (at least C1 level) and very good English (at least B2)
