You work on consulting and software development projects for clients such as AXA, BMW, ZDF and Deutsche Bahn

You design, develop and implement software solutions by applying AI methods and tools throughout the software development process (e.g. LLMs, agentic frameworks, code generation and test automation)

You take on technical leadership in the project team when needed and share your knowledge (e.g. through training)

You actively shape all phases of software engineering using agile methods and actively involve the client

This is what sets you apart:

You have successfully completed a university degree in computer science or a comparable discipline

You bring in-depth, practical knowledge of frontend and backend (including Java, Spring, Kotlin, Angular, VueJS, React)

You know how to build lasting client relationships based on trust, communicate confidently at eye level, and actively shape collaboration with our clients

You work independently and actively contribute to the success of your project team

You speak German fluently (at least C1 level) and English very well (at least B2)
