Job Description

As a Senior Advisor – Compensation and Job Architecture at Ubisoft, you will play a key role in implementing and anchoring locally our recently deployed corporate job architecture. As a true subject matter expert, you will ensure alignment between global directions and operational realities, contributing to consistency, equity, and sustainable evolution of our HR practices.

What You Will Do

  • Act as expert advisor and primary point of contact between local and corporate teams on job architecture
  • Collaborate closely with Compensation, HR, and HRIS teams
  • Influence discussions and decisions related to job evolution, roles, and career paths
  • Design, implement, and document local job management processes
  • Ensure integrity of job data in HR systems in partnership with HRIS teams
  • Manage the complete job lifecycle: creation, modification, archiving, and employee alignment
  • Conduct impact analyses related to pay equity, market, and organizational consistency
  • Support managers and HR partners in the application of job classification and evaluation practices
  • Support governance and calibration mechanisms to ensure consistency of decisions
