We are looking for a Lawyer / Senior Associate (m/f/d) in the field of Real Estate Law for our team in Munich.
Your Tasks
- Advising on real estate transactions and project developments with a focus on energy and infrastructure projects
- Independent execution of real estate legal due diligence, including building planning and building regulations law
- Drafting and negotiating real estate purchase agreements
- Advising on construction and architect contracts
- Advising on asset management mandates, particularly regarding complex office and hotel lease agreements
- Supporting M&A transactions with real estate law aspects, including close cooperation with our international offices
Your Profile
- Fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist/in) with above-average state examinations
- Ideally 5+ years of professional experience in real estate law
- Business-fluent English skills, both written and spoken
- Interest in complex legal advice within an international environment
- Organizational talent and willingness to take on responsibility within the team
- Curiosity, creativity, and a confident, professional demeanor
- Structured and efficient way of working
- Interest in personal and professional development
