We are looking for a Lawyer / Senior Associate (m/f/d) in the field of Real Estate Law for our team in Munich.

Your Tasks

  • Advising on real estate transactions and project developments with a focus on energy and infrastructure projects
  • Independent execution of real estate legal due diligence, including building planning and building regulations law
  • Drafting and negotiating real estate purchase agreements
  • Advising on construction and architect contracts
  • Advising on asset management mandates, particularly regarding complex office and hotel lease agreements
  • Supporting M&A transactions with real estate law aspects, including close cooperation with our international offices

Your Profile

  • Fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist/in) with above-average state examinations
  • Ideally 5+ years of professional experience in real estate law
  • Business-fluent English skills, both written and spoken
  • Interest in complex legal advice within an international environment
  • Organizational talent and willingness to take on responsibility within the team
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a confident, professional demeanor
  • Structured and efficient way of working
  • Interest in personal and professional development
