About the Role

Sr. Analysts lead our client relationships and bring our outcome-driven strategies to life. They are responsible for delivering value and results to our clients through their high-quality work, commitment to building deep SEO expertise, and alignment with our belief that Relationships Yield Results.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

  • Client Relationships

    • You solicit and apply client feedback to continually improve the value of our service delivery
    • You ensure that your work maintains alignment with clients’ outcome-driven strategies and our company’s core values
  • Client Strategy
    • You build & implement outcome-driven SEO strategies that identify the highest-impact initiatives given our clients’ goals, business context, and resources
    • You identify & prioritize coherent SEO recommendations to be implemented
    • You ensure that the implementation occurring on your client accounts is aligned with their outcome-driven strategies
    • You measure the business impact of your SEO recommendations and communicate results effectively to your clients
  • Production
    • You exemplify our high standards for time and task management, tracking your work accurately and consistently meeting expectations
    • You prioritize your work according to your clients’ outcome-driving strategies and the project management expectations set forth by your Manager
    • You facilitate efficient implementation, whether that’s work we’re directly responsible for implementing or developing requirements & deliverables to make it seamless for our clients’ teams to implement
    • You set a high standard for the quality of your outputs and adherence to our processes

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Conducting SEO tasks, like technical audits, content outlines, competitor analyses, content research, performance analyses, and more
  • Analyzing performance to surface relevant SEO insights and develop recommendations to be communicated to clients
  • Collaborating with team members to prepare for client meetings, make strategic decisions, and maintain efficient workstreams
  • Delegating tasks to Analysts clearly and effectively within ClickUp
  • Leading client meetings and managing next steps
  • Staying up-to-date on industry developments and participating in industry discussions
  • Managing your career growth plan and associated goals
  • Participating in internal initiatives

Requirements

Hard Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in SEO, preferably with agency experience
  • Proficient technical SEO expertise
  • Demonstrated experience in experimenting with AI tools
  • Experience developing and implementing SEO strategies
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and similar).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, managing competing priorities effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration among team members
  • Strong presentation & client communication skills that are reflective of your experience
  • Attention to detail and ability to anticipate project risks
  • Adaptability and responsiveness, adjusting project schedules as priorities shift

Compensation

  • Salary range of $60K-$78K for 32 working hours per week (read about our Offline Fridays policy on our website)
  • Quarterly bonus program based on company goals & individual performance
