Job Description
The person in this role works in collaboration with the business solution architect, application teams, and business stakeholders to deliver data and artificial intelligence solutions that make processes and systems smarter.
They develop and maintain data pipelines that meet the requirements of predictive models and design AI agents, particularly using Copilot Studio, capable of leveraging this data in a secure and high-performance manner.
The individual is also accountable for the accessibility, integrity, and quality of the required datasets.
What you will do
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of data transport processes required by data scientists;
- Perform data transformation operations to feed predictive models;
- Design and maintain data architectures ensuring reliable pipelines for structured and unstructured data;
- Design the scalable data models required for the development of predictive models;
- Ensure the transition between data pipelines and data models;
- Integrate predictive models and AI solutions into applications, systems, and operations;
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain artificial intelligence agents using Copilot Studio;
- Integrate AI agents with data pipelines, APIs, and existing systems;
- Collaborate with business teams to define use cases, conversational flows, and operating rules for AI agents;
- Monitor and track data quality (reliability, consistency, integrity) and data flows;
- Monitor the performance of pipelines, AI agents, and infrastructure, and propose necessary adjustments;
- Use distributed computing for model training and operation;
- Contribute to various projects related to the implementation of innovative systems, solutions, and processes;
- Perform all other related tasks.
Qualifications
Education
- University degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Relevant Experience
- Minimum of five years of industry experience in development, coding, scripting, and data-oriented design;
- Minimum of five years in the development and administration of large volumes of data;
- Minimum of three years in data modeling and SQL and NoSQL database administration;
- Practical experience in the development or integration of AI solutions or intelligent agents is a significant asset.
Skills
- Ability to develop processes based on data flow concepts and architectures;
- Ability to extract, transform, and load data (ETL/ELT);
- Ability to configure, use, and develop data management systems;
- Ability to develop large, structured software using software engineering methods;
- Ability to use various tools and languages (e.g., Python, SQL, Bash) to integrate systems;
- Ability to design and maintain AI agents and conversational flows;
- Creative thinking and excellent problem-solving skills;

Knowledge
- Experience with Flume, NiFi, Kafka, or other data pipeline tools;
- Experience with REST API;
- Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar AI agent platforms;
- Experience with C# and .NET;
- Experience with Linux and Windows;
- Strong knowledge of computer science principles in algorithms and data structures;
- Knowledge of data-oriented architectures and data flows;
- Experience in data quality, integrity, cleaning, and transport.
