Customer Experience
- Welcome, assist, and advise each customer throughout their in-store journey by identifying their needs and proposing suitable products to drive sales.
- Develop excellent product knowledge and communicate their features effectively.
- Ensure a quality customer experience and share customer feedback with the management team to contribute to continuous improvement of the store.
Operational Excellence
- Participate in daily store operations, including product restocking, cash handling, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure proper stock organization in collaboration with the dedicated team.
- Contribute to loss prevention by remaining vigilant and reporting any unusual situations.
