Tasks you will become an expert in:
- Providing advice on retail customers' daily finances, as well as unsecured loans, investments, and insurance.
- Building investment portfolios that align with customer needs and risk appetite.
- Acquisition and active cross-selling.
- Organizing and conducting customer meetings.
This is for you if:
- You have at least a secondary education and an MNB capital market broker certification or its equivalent.
- You have at least 1 year of experience as a retail advisor in banking retail customer service.
- You have professional experience in lending and investments.
- You possess a customer-centric mindset and excellent negotiation skills.
