Tasks you will become an expert in:
- Providing advisory services to our bank's premium retail customers regarding banking products such as unsecured loans, investments, insurance and other banking services.
- Promoting premium services among potential banking customers.
- Investment advisory services, namely executing stock exchange orders, monitoring capital and money market processes, and building investment portfolios.
- Cross-selling.
- Organizing and conducting customer meetings.
This is for you if:
- You have at least secondary education and an MNB capital market broker's authority exam or its equivalent.
- You have professional experience in investments and insurance.
- You have at least 2 years of experience as a retail advisor in banking retail customer service.
- You have a customer-centric approach and excellent negotiation skills.
