Job Description
If you love hospitality, enjoy being in contact with people and are someone who can always be relied upon, you could be exactly what we're looking for.
We're looking for someone who can move with attention and rhythm between kitchen and dining room, bringing dishes at the right moment and helping to keep every table well-maintained and orderly. A fundamental role, always in coordination with the chef de rang, where precision and team spirit really make the difference.

Qualifications
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome guests with energy and make them feel at ease right away
- Serve dishes and confidently share menu recommendations
- Keep the service flowing by identifying what's needed before anyone asks
- Take care of the order and cleanliness of the table and dining room
- Collaborate with the dining room team to quickly fulfill guest requests
- Handle questions, requests and minor unexpected situations calmly and resolve them in a friendly manner
- Communicate clearly with the bar and kitchen so that every dish and beverage is perfect
- Support colleagues during busy times and create an excellent team rhythm
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Knowledge of main dishes and beverages
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic English knowledge
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Predisposition for public contact
- Manual dexterity and precision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work quickly and accurately
- Customer focus and problem-solving orientation
- Previous experience as a dining room attendant is an advantage
- Availability to work shifts, including flexible ones, on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays

Working hours divided into 5 unique shifts per week of 8 hours.
