Job Description:

We are seeking a Reporting Manager with strong experience in digital project reporting and PMIS, to support major development programs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Experience working with a Tier-1 PMC or Tier-1 Contractor.

  • Held roles such as Reporting Lead or Reporting Manager on major developments in KSA (e.g., giga projects, large infrastructure, mixed-use or master developments).

  • Solid background in PMIS (such as PMWeb or similar project management information systems).

  • Hands-on experience in digital reporting and dashboard development, preferably using Power BI.

  • Proven ability to consolidate data from multiple projects or work packages into cohesive program-level reports and dashboards.

  • Good understanding of project controls (schedule, cost, risk, issues, HSE, quality) and how these feed into management reporting.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior stakeholders.

  • Ability to work closely with PMO, Project Directors, planners, cost controllers, and other functional leads to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

    Professional certifications preferred:

  • PMP, PMI-SP, or equivalent (Project Management)

  • Relevant BI/analytics certifications (e.g., Microsoft Power BI certification).

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring

  • Lead and manage the reporting function for assigned projects and programs.

  • Develop and maintain standard reporting templates, dashboards, and executive summaries.

  • Administer and use PMIS tools for data capture, workflows, and reporting.

  • Produce weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for management and client stakeholders.

  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with SAPL and client reporting requirements.
