What tasks can we count on you for?
- Full-scale management of searches for branch network and customer service positions.
- Developing recruitment strategies for positions and conducting searches from profile creation and candidate screening to issuing offers.
- Sourcing activities and reaching out to candidates from the database.
- Active liaison with HR Partners and managers, proactively responding to emerging needs.
- Identifying and leveraging connections between branch network searches.
- Ensuring efficient operations through knowledge of recruitment channels.
- Evaluating candidates based on objective criteria, all with a human-centered and supportive approach, ensuring the selection process leaves a positive impression.
We are looking for you if:
- You do not mind that we can initially employ you under a freelance contract with a private individual (but there will be an opportunity for extension or later hiring as an employee in the position).
- You have at least 3 years of experience in end-to-end coordination of blue-collar, sales network, or customer service selection processes.

- You are constantly open to new strategies and ideas, and you want to be a pioneer in our branch network recruitment processes with your creativity.
