Overview
Join the Financial Engineering team dedicated to developing and evolving Algorithmic Trading solutions for Fixed Income markets. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring quantitative models and pricing, quoting, and execution algorithms, particularly applied to European government securities. You will collaborate with traders, quants, and developers to improve electronic market-making strategies, analyze trading performance, and contribute to the industrialization of the algorithmic platforms within the IMI CIB Division.
What you will do
You will have the opportunity to work on the following areas:
- Collaborate on the development of quantitative models for execution optimization
- Contribute to backtesting and simulation activities for algorithmic strategies
- Participate in production monitoring and performance analysis of algorithms
- Develop analysis and reporting tools for monitoring risk, P&L, and execution quality
- Contribute to the evolution of Algo Trading Govies platforms as part of the Division's strategic initiatives
Who we are looking for
If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
- At least 5 years of experience in quantitative fields and financial markets
- Master's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or Quantitative Finance
- Python
- Knowledge of C++ is a plus
- Good knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and numerical methods
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and quantitative modeling
- Interest in financial markets, electronic trading, and market microstructure
- Familiarity with backtesting and simulation techniques
- Interest in applications of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to financial markets
Preferred qualifications include knowledge of:
Fixed Income, government securities, interest rate futures, electronic market making, real-time systems, development of trading algorithms, machine learning applied to financial time series.
