Job Description
In a demanding and constantly evolving banking environment, we are looking for a bilingual (FR/EN) Product Owner to lead high-business-value digital products.
You will work at the heart of the relationship between business and IT teams, playing a key role in defining, prioritizing, and delivering features in an international context.
- Gather, analyze, and challenge business needs in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Define the product vision and build the associated roadmap.
- Write and prioritize the backlog (user stories, acceptance criteria).
- Manage sprints using Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban).
- Ensure coordination between IT teams, business units, and international stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure a clear understanding of requirements.
- Monitor development progress (quality, deadlines, priorities).
- Validate deliverables (functional testing) and ensure their compliance with business expectations.
- Communicate with stakeholders in French and English (reporting, committees, demos).
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the product and processes.
Qualifications
- Significant experience as a Product Owner, ideally in a banking environment.
- Excellent command of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) methodologies.
- Ability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience with complex digital/application projects.
- Product mindset, prioritization skills, and value orientation.
- Very strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bilingual French/English (essential).
- Rigor, organization, autonomy, and decision-making ability.
- Knowledge of banking regulatory and IT issues is appreciated.
- Fluent English required (written and spoken).
- You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5).
