Job description
In a demanding and constantly evolving banking environment, we are looking for a bilingual (FR/EN) Product Owner to steer high-value digital products.
You will work at the heart of the relationship between business and IT teams, with a key role in defining, prioritising and delivering features, in an international context.
- Gather, analyse and challenge business needs in liaison with stakeholders.
- Define the product vision and build the associated roadmap.
- Write and prioritise the backlog (user stories, acceptance criteria).
- Manage sprints using Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban).
- Ensure coordination between IT, business teams and international stakeholders.
- Take part in Agile ceremonies and ensure a good understanding of requirements.
- Monitor development progress (quality, deadlines, priorities).
- Validate deliverables (functional acceptance testing) and ensure they meet business expectations.
- Communicate with stakeholders in French and English (reporting, committees, demos).
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the product and processes.
Qualifications
- Significant experience as a Product Owner, ideally in a banking environment.
- Excellent command of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Ability to communicate with both business and technical contacts.
- Experience on complex digital / application projects.
- Product sense, prioritisation skills and a value-driven approach.
- Very strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bilingual French / English (essential).
- Rigour, organisation, autonomy and the ability to make decisions.
- Knowledge of banking regulatory and IT issues is an asset.
- Fluent English required (written and spoken).
- You hold a Bac+5 degree (master's level);
