Job Description

  • Responsible for implementing the product line roadmap while ensuring the technical and capacity capabilities of teams

  • Responsible for defining KPIs for your product line (stability, customer satisfaction) and regular reporting to the CPO (operational, budgetary, and informational updates on projects)

  • Translate the product strategy of the division onto your product line and assist the CPO in defining the associated global roadmap while ensuring consistency with customer needs and capacity resources of your product scope

  • Lead and coordinate the community of Product Owners for your product line (best practices, updates, etc.)

  • Monitor and approve the Build budget for transformation/technical Build/Run related to your product line

  • Drive and facilitate innovation within your product line (ideation rituals with POs, pre-studies, etc.)

Qualifications

  • You hold a master's degree (bac+5)
  • You are comfortable in English
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and team spirit; good communication is essential
