Tasks you will become an expert in:
- Carrying out business development tasks for residential mortgage-backed loan products.
- Creating end-to-end digital product processes, managing the transition of existing processes to the digital space.
- Developing and implementing omnichannel processes.
- Continuously monitoring product performance.
- Identifying target groups, developing and maintaining value propositions.
- Initiating product-related campaigns (ATL, BTL, CRM), overseeing campaign implementation, and analyzing their effectiveness.
- Monitoring competitors and market monitoring.
This is for you if:
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- You have a degree in economics or business informatics.
- Using English at least at a conversational level is not a problem for you. You don't need to be perfect—you'll improve anyway.
- You handle Microsoft Office suite well and are particularly comfortable with Excel.
- You are creative and communicative, you dare to ask questions and make suggestions.
- You see the "big picture," but you are also happy to take part in working out the details during the implementation of initiatives.
