Tasks you will become an expert in:
- Performing business development tasks for retail mortgage-backed loan products.
- Developing end-to-end digital product processes and managing the migration of existing processes into the digital space.
- Developing and implementing omnichannel processes.
- Continuously monitoring product performance.
- Identifying target groups and developing and maintaining value propositions.
- Initiating product-related campaigns (ATL, BTL, CRM), supervising the implementation of campaigns, and analyzing their effectiveness.
- Monitoring competitors and market analysis.
This is for you if:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- You have a degree in Economics or Business Informatics.
- You are comfortable using English at least at a conversational level. You don't need to be perfect; you will improve in this anyway.
- You are proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and are particularly at home with Excel.
- You are creative and communicative, and you dare to ask questions and make suggestions.
- You see the "big picture," but you are also happy to take part in working out the details during the implementation of initiatives.
