Job Description
As a Product Director, Knowledge at Ubisoft Montreal, you will lead the Knowledge pillar within the AI Initiatives team. Your role will be to help the organization better understand, connect, and leverage its information ecosystem, in order to create accessible and actionable knowledge foundations for products and tools powered by artificial intelligence. Reporting to the Vice President of AI Initiatives, you will combine a long-term product vision with concrete, day-to-day involvement in the solutions being developed.
This is a hands-on role. You will work closely with your team to explore ideas, design prototypes, and learn through experimentation, using modern development practices and AI-assisted tools to deliver useful, scalable solutions that meet real needs.
What You Will Do
- Define, evolve, and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for the Knowledge pillar
- Support the implementation of data ingestion pipelines connecting the company's main information sources
- Support products focused on data extraction, enrichment, classification, and integration
- Contribute to the design of knowledge structures such as graphs, relationships, ontologies, and taxonomies
- Promote the separation between knowledge and its presentation, to encourage information reuse and adaptability
- Actively participate in prototyping and solution creation, validating ideas through concrete use cases
- Collaborate closely with engineering, platform, security, and data governance teams
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, focused on learning, shared responsibility, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Experience managing complex products, with comfort navigating between strategy and hands-on contribution
- Comfort working with technical systems, data flows, and development tools
- Understanding of structured and unstructured data and how to connect them
- Interest in prototyping, iteration, and experimentation, including the use of AI-assisted tools
- Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear, thoughtful, and inclusive manner
- Experience collaborating with product, technical, and organizational partners
- Collaborative leadership style that encourages participation and trust
- Curiosity, adaptability, and attention to both products and teams
